1. Upon notification of payment from Paypal, credits will be instantly delivered to your IMVU Avatar. Delivery is instant, however payment may be delayed by technical issues beyond our control.
   
   
2. eCheck orders must clear before credits are delivered. eChecks generally take three to five business days to clear.
   
   
3. A purchase confirmation will be sent to the email you've provided, upon the completion of the transaction.
   
   
4. Reward points are given according to the amount of credits you've purchased, please be couteous to keep the gifting system running.
   
   
5. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will refund your order upon repayment of delivered credits.
   
   
6. Unauthorized payment is prohibited. Please ensure that you have permission to use your selected method of payment.
   
   
7. Fraud is not tolerated and will result in suspension of IMVU account(s) and may result in legal action.
